Youth Non-Consensual Intimate Images Survey

Ministry of Attorney General

About this survey

If someone shares your intimate images or videos (or threatens to share them) without your permission or consent, that's not okay and it's not your fault.

We want to hear your thoughts about what support young people need when this happens.

Why is this survey happening?
The government of B.C. offers services to help people whose private pictures or videos (like nudes or nearly nudes) were shared or threatened to be shared without their permission. We want to know if young people find these services helpful and identify ways they could be improved in the future.

Who can take part in this survey?
Young people (12 to 18 years old) who live in British Columbia.

What will happen when you take this survey?
This survey will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete.

Your answers will be anonymous. If you decide to complete the survey, you do not have to answer all the questions or share anything that does not feel comfortable.

The questions are about sharing private pictures or videos (like nudes or nearly nudes) without permission. Private pictures or videos can be real, fake, or altered.
