Newsletters will also be sent out periodically with updates. 

Grad Parent Exec:
Everyone is welcome to join us if you would like to be part of the Grad Parent Exec, we are still looking for a couple positions to be filled such as Recording Secretary to take meeting minutes and distribute to the Grad Parent Exec team.   For those interested in volunteering their time but unable to commit to the Grad Parent Exec, we will be looking for volunteers to help with certain parts of fundraising or decorating & cleanup of the prom event.  
Next Grad Parent Exec meeting will in January, date to be announced after Winter Break.

Grad Logo Design - 2025
 Congratulations to Anika F. & Ashlyn E. who have designed this year's Grad Logo, voted on by the Class of 2025!  
The logo will be featured on this year's grad clothing, orders will be coming soon for this.

CAP & GOWN ORDER:

You can now purchase your cap and gowns through the office, the cost is $35.00
Purchases can also be made through e-transfer at carihi.accounting@sd72.bc.ca
Please include the following info:  Purchase is for Cap & Gown, Grad's Name & Height (required to order correct robe length)

Cap & Gown orders must be received by Friday, February 28th, 2025

Reminder that cap & gowns are given out in June for the commencement ceremony.  
You do not require these cap and gowns for the grad photos in January, those will be provided by Islandlife Photographics
