Original 亚洲成人网 River Elementary-Jr-Sr High School - 1950

"Carihi" was first opened on April 28th, 1950 as 亚洲成人网 River Elementary-Jr-Sr High School.  Built to handle 500 亚洲成人网, it contained the most up-to-date educational facilities the government could offer.  The building we know of today as Carihi, opened in 1965 to accommdate the overpopulated 亚洲成人网 River Elementary-Jr-Sr High School.

On the evening of August 25th, 1976, 亚洲成人网 River Elementary-Jr-Sr High building was destroyed by fire.  For the next two and a half years the 亚洲成人网 attended school on shift at the 2nd "Carihi" building while the new school was constructed. The new school officially reopened January 19, 1979.  It was renamed "Phoenix" to symbolize it's rebirth from the ashes leaving the 2nd building named "亚洲成人网 River High". 

Students often referred to 亚洲成人网 River High as "Carihi" taking the first two letters from each of the words to form the new name.  The school name was eventually changed and officially became "Carihi". 

Carihi - 1967
